Spray Tanning

8 Hour Tan

Envogue tanning solutions are made from DHA (sourced from sugar cane) combined with active ingredients, including Vitamin E and Aloe Vera.  These are beautifully natural colours which are manufactured in Australia by an Australian company.  This is an 8 hour tan that is fine to leave on longer if necessary.

There are two levels of natural colour that suit all skin types

Tan Preparation

  • Thoroughly exfoliate your body the night before, paying special attention to feet, ankles, knees, elbows as these areas tend to be drier and may ‘grab’ too much tan.

  • You can shave on the tanning day but its better to wax the day before to avoid potential follicle irritation.

  • Do not apply moisturisers, deodorant, makeup or perfume as they form a barrier to the tanning solution.  For the same reason, its better to leave jewellery at home aslo.

  • Most women wear a g-string, full brief or go nude. The tanning solution does not stain clothing.  A g-string can be provided for you if you choose.

  • You must bring loose, clothing to put on after tanning. Jewellery, bras, tight clothing and closed in shoes will rub the tan off before it has time to develop.

After Tan Care

  • Envogue is an 8 hour tan, so do not shower for 8-12 hours after your tan. Leaving it longer over night is fine.

  • To wash off the excess tanning soluction, either use a cleanser that does not contain Sodium Laurel Sulphate (a frothing agent that strips the skin of moisture) or just water.

  • Moisturising daily will extend the life of your tan.

  • Avoid activities that naturally cause skin exfoliation such as long baths, chlorine, vigorous towelling off and shaving often.

  • Although the tanning solution washes out of clothes (or sheets/towels) it is best to sit on a towel and not directly onto furniture after your tanning session.

  • If you notice the tan starting to fade unevenly, use an exfoliating mit to gently even out darker areas.
